Our Focused Memory Care at Shores by Vivante

In order to help transition new residents into The Shores, Vivante offers a Dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator to assist the resident for the first 48 hours. Our higher functioning residents act as ambassadors program to welcome new residents. In addition, we offer our Shores Forum, a monthly family support group led by professionals in the community.
