Arely has been working in memory care, supporting seniors with Alzheimer’s and other cognitive impairments, since 2005. Her passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents is palpable, and she enjoys the day to day challenges related to this important work. She prides herself on getting to know each resident and their family members, and understanding the unique personalities and needs of each person. A true leader, Arely loves training new team members and teaching them how their attention to detail and culture of caring can be so impactful on the lives of residents, creating a positive and fun environment for all. Arely was born in Mexico but immigrated to Southern California at the age of 5. She is married with two children, Aaron and Amber. In her free time, she enjoys reading and baking. She also finds joy in nature, and appreciates the sense of peace a walk in the wilderness or time on the beach can bring.
