Vivante on the Coast, a new luxury retirement community in the Newport-Mesa area, recently won three awards from the National Association of Home Builders.

Vivante received the Gold Award for Best 50+ Assisted Living or Special Needs Community on the Boards, Silver for Best 50+ Online Marketing Strategy and Silver for Best 50+ Market Rate Rental Community last month at the International Builders’ Show. In a released statement, the company said the awards “highlight the dynamic, forward-thinking design of this important new Orange County community.”

“With Vivante, we have sought to raise the bar for luxury retirement living,” said Curt Olson, CEO of Nexus. “These awards, coupled with the amazing response we’ve received in leasing, demonstrates that Vivante has truly redefined what retirement living can and should be.”

When it is completed in October, Vivante will have 185 residences, including 40 individual residences dedicated to a secure memory care facility located within the property. Company officials say Vivante features a culinary program with a variety of superior dining options, a complete fitness and physical therapy facility with an indoor saltwater pool, large outdoor courtyards, roof top decks, and other resort style amenities.

Along with its most recent awards, Vivante has also received recognition from a variety of other groups including the International Council on Active Aging and from the Alzheimer’s Early Detection Alliance.

Vivante on the Coast is located at 1640 Monrovia Avenue on the border of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. For more information visit vivanteliving.com or call 949-629-2100.
