Active Fitness Center

All eligible outside guests of the Active Fitness Center will be required to register at Vivante, be pre-screened and evaluated by Vivante’s Health Services Department, execute a release and waiver of liability, and pay a nominal fee prior to the first use of the fitness center. In addition, outside guests will be required to check-in with reception prior to each use of the fitness center and comply with all rules and regulations of the community. Any failure to comply with Vivante’s requirements, rules or regulations may result in denial of future use of the fitness center. In addition, eligible outside guests using the fitness center acknowledge that they are doing so as a privilege and not as a matter of right. Additional terms, conditions and restriction apply.
