One- and two-bedroom residences range from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Dallas skyline and the greenery of Turtle Creek. Finishes include solid wood cabinetry, stainless appliances and stone countertops and flooring. Each residence offers an in-residence washer and dryer and spacious walk-in closets, and select residences include private balconies.
A limited collection of two- and three-bedroom penthouses crowns the tower, at approximately 3,040 and 3,360 square feet.
Our culinary philosophy celebrates elevated dining, where exceptional flavor and thoughtful nutrition go hand in hand. Our chefs craft sophisticated, beautifully prepared dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients, bringing gourmet experiences to the table that delight the senses while supporting a healthy lifestyle. Menus change daily and accommodate each resident’s dietary needs. A formal dinner in the main dining room, coffee at the café, an evening at the saloon or in the courtyard: dining adapts to the resident at every hour. A private dining room is reserved for birthdays, anniversaries, and family celebrations.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE · OCTOBER 2026
Vivante Turtle Creek continues to rise on Turtle Creek Blvd. Concrete is reaching the 17th floor, with decking underway on the 18th and the elevator core at floors 18–19. Plumbing, electrical, fire protection and HVAC work is progressing on floors 7–9, framing and drywall on floors 9–11, and prefabricated exterior panels are going up on floors 5–6. Exterior sitework is approximately 70% complete.
