It’s official – Vivante is now LEED certified! LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program through the U.S. Green Building Council that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. Highlights include low emission transportation, water efficient landscaping, energy and water efficiency, and use of recycled materials and locally-sourced products, to name a few. We are so proud to be doing our part to encourage environmental sustainability and preservation.
