The Pavilion

Consider The Pavilion, Vivante’s grand event space, as the perfect location for your next special event or meeting. With 3,587 square feet of open, unfurnished meeting space, the Pavilion can hold up to 120 guests in a banquet format, or 170 people in a classroom format. The Pavilion is available for meetings, expos, parties, community events and more!

Please Note

  • The Pavilion space is unfurnished.
  • Eligible outside users are responsible for any food, beverage and furnishings for the event.
  • All outside food, beverage, party rental and other providers for an event are subject to the prior approval of Vivante and will be required to furnish evidence of insurance.
  • Eligible outside users will be required to execute a license agreement and release and waiver of liability (and, if required by Vivante, provide evidence of insurance) prior to use of The Pavilion.
  • Rental is subject to availability and the prior approval of Vivante, and additional terms, conditions and restriction apply.
