We are combining Hoag’s world class health care system with Vivante’s commitment to the best in senior living.

The partnership ensures a wide-ranging scope of medical and wellness services for residents provided by a full-time team of doctors and therapists so that residents can remain in place for critical rehabilitation and medical treatment. The collaboration also ensures a full-time staff is there to provide a proactive approach to senior care that includes on-site doctor visits, physical and occupational therapy, neurological evaluation and assessment of dementia, and other medical services including clinical trials for cancer screening.
